If I could rate this place 20 stars I would! By far one of my top 3 places to eat in WNY. This was my second time here, it was a packed Saturday night, our fear was that it was so small we wouldn't find a table, but suprisingly for a little place they have pretty good size seating area upstairs. I got the two meat platter, I chose smoked turkey and their famous brisket. The smoked turkey was the star of the show for me, delicious, tender, smokey and served with a side of honey mustard. Brisket was also phenomenal, and served with their traditional bbq sauce on the side. Corn bread was good, and as a side I got Mac and cheese and it was delicious ! A little hint of garlic, so gooooood! Husband got their ribs, roast beef, and smoked turkey. Their roast beef is amazing, rivals Charlie the butchers! And their ribs are fall off the bone. Top tier bbq place. No one else compares.
First time visit. Nothing but positives. Cool vibe. Incredibly friendly staff! They advised they were big on samples and while we were trying to figure out what few samples to ask for the manager brought us a large platter with smoked roast beef, smoked turkey, pulled pork and brisket!! Not just small pieces. Full slices etc! Ohh.... And did I say the smoked meats and sides were great! I had the ribs and brisket and was amazing. Table of 8 and all loved the place! Friendly and fabulous!! We will definitely be back!!
Hankering some BBQ....been wanting to try this place out. Very comfortable atmosphere and dining areas. Staff was friendly and explained the menu to us newbies. Went with a sampler to get a wider variety of meats to try. Also grabbed a half rack of ribs. Meat was delicious and very flavorful. Ribs definitely were the highlight! Mac and cheese and onion rings were great but Cole slaw was missing something ... 16oz bottled soda only, prefer fountain at restaurants. Patios in summer look like they'd offer an amazing view while dining outside. We will get back here again to check that out.
My original review may have been clouded by the excitement of having a legit BBQ joint so close to home. It's still "Buffalo good" for a BBQ place, but those who have tasted anything authentic in Texas may be a little disappointed. The method of self-service is a little wonky but it's still a great spot to sit out on the balcony in the summer.
Went to East Aurora and on our way home seen all the smoke and the aroma and took a quick left turn in their parking lot. With it being our first time the employee gave us a quick tutorial of how to order. Wasn't sure if that was my cup of tea but so glad we stopped. Food was awesome. It came out really quick. We had Cuban and a smoked turkey sandwich. Meat was so tender. Employees were friendly and always there when you need them Will be back to try some ribs and wings.
What a wonderful restaurant! Smoking the meats right out infront of the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was great! I really enjoyed the ribs. Some of the best I ever had with sweet and tangy bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese was the perfect mix of cheesy and smooth. The fries also had a nice spice to them. Some amazing local bbq!
I love this place a little too much but it's just that GOOD. Food comes out quick, servers are very friendly and attentive & the place is always clean and busy. I've tried all the meats they have to offer and I absolutely love all of them. My favorites are the brisket & the ribs. Nonetheless this place takes the cake for the best BBQ in all of Western NY.
They have a small dine in area which is a couple of tables. The food is amazing I got 1/2 rack of ribs it was cooked perfect it fell right off the bone!
I love the outdoor deck and casual seating. BBQ is delicious and enjoy having plenty of options for sides
They say great service makes a meal...well I've never been more impressed with service at any place we've dined at. We were immediately greeted upon entering and all the awards and great decor gave me the feeling that this was going to be an amazing experience. We were offered some samples and within moments we all knew what we wanted. The two meat special (brisket and pork) fries/mac and cheese. Phenomenal. Great flavor and perfect tug on the brisket. Fries for once were how I love them. Super crispy. Both the turkey and tenderloin sandwiches were so moist and flavorful that my guests raved about how it blew their local bbq restaurant out of the water. Judging by the other reviews, this place is no secret. Best BBQ I've had in very very long time.
